Do I Have To Sign A Lengthy Contract?
NO...Your lease is month-to-month and will automatically renew with receipt of your next months payment and will continue until you schedule a vacate in the office. The minimum length of stay is one month.
Do I Have To Carry Insurance?
You are required to carry insurance or sign an insurance document that states you have your own insurance or wish to be self insured. However, we encourage you to protect your stored goods in case of an unfortunate peril.
